The decor is very modern and upscale, and you can tell a lot of care is taken in making sure the hotel is meticulously clean. The staff was very, very friendly - from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, even the women who prepared breakfast. Clean room, quiet area and everything seems good so far

We stayed there one night, it was very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I was impressed with the kitchen appliance. I would stay there again!

Good location, nice hotel

The pool was the perfect size for my 5 and 2 year old. Four feet was the deepest it got. My 13 year old brother really enjoyed it too. I got to relax in the hot tub; but was still close enough to keep an eye on the kids. Great! The hotel staff were all super friendly. I'm really picky with carpet and bedding; that's the only reason it got just 4 stars. But I definitely felt like I got my money's worth!

This hotel has been completely renovated. Everything in the room was new, including the bathroom fixtures. The bed was very comfortable. They offered us free water and coffee when we checked in. The elevator is not the most convenient to use, as it is about halfway back and not as near parking as one would like. We ended up using the stairs that were very convenient to our room. Fifteen (15) restaurants within walking distance made it easy to dine out. The breakfast bar was fully loaded with everything. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy. I highly recommend driving to CORKYS BBQ 5259 Poplar Ave (inside the 240 loop, near White Station) Memphis, TN 38119 FAMOUS FOR RIBS!!!

Great hotel. Free parking, clean rooms

When I arrived, the attendant was friendly and helpful and let me check in early. I noticed later that as a different front desk attendant was checking in a customer, she was just as happy and friendly as the lady who checked me in. The breakfast was good with eggs, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon, etc. The only real negative was that I could hear noise from the hall and from my neighbors when I was in my room. Happily, I did not have noisy neighbors.
