"Everyone was very courteous at check-in. The room was great. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. And the room was very clean. We enjoyed the stay and find it a great value for the money spent. I will certainly stay at Springhill suites again."

"Desk clerk was great. However I did want to sign up for the reward program and in the midst of me doing that he canceled it out to complete the transaction. Floors were a little dirty. As I walked around bare feet I felt a couple things on my feet. When I sat down in the bed and lifted my foot up to look there was a lot of debris on the bottom of my feet. I understand things get done quickly and it was good for the price so I'm not trying to complain but yes it could have been a little cleaner. Some repairs should be done in the bathroom to make it nicer and appearance. The beds were comfortable, pillows were comfortable and plenty of them on the beds."
