"Arrived and pullout bed was soiled with solid food particles under mattress along with dried blood products on cushion and mattress. Staff rectified by moving us to another room which they checked for cleanliness prior. Was also informed that housekeeping was dedicated on proper cleaning of rooms"

"The water pipes clanged all night long. Poor water pressure. So noisy my wife stuck her head out the door and told them to shut up. Door had no seal and had daylight around the edges."

"The hotel is in severe need of an upgrade. We would not even use the shower it look so stained. The ceramic tiles on the floor in the bathroom clicked as you walked on them because they were all loose and popping up. The ceiling was stained from water damage. The beds were very uncomfortable."
