Frist off the people working their were very helpful and friendly the was very clean.
The breakfast was good the two women working the area keep it clean and full of food.
We had a king size bed that was very comfortable, the bathroom was separated from the bedroom area it also had a small sofa pull out bed. Free wifi nice tv nice desk and chair.
The cost of staying thier and not in the French Quarter was a big saving.
Their was a Wal -Mart 1/2 mile away to get snacks and drinks the room had...
I stayed here for Mardi Gras weekend 2023 as this was the cheapest option I could find. I did not feel I sacrafied anything tho. The Algeris Ferry is about 20 minutes away with free parking around the streets so if anything I saved a lot by staying here and on this side of the river. This hotel is located on a busy route so it can be noisy with the traffic, trucks, and trains. Riverside Hotel was clean and quiet. I slept well every night. Every time I walked by the front desk, I was happily...
Very clean hotel close to the Riverwalk, French Quarter and Cruise terminal. They offer a free cruise shuttle that was very easy to use. Breakfast was average but was just enough. We will definitely consider them if we return to New Orleans.
This was my first time in NOLA and this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredible and everyone was so friendly. Perfect location to hit Bourbon St!! Thank you guys for the warm hospitality. Southwest changed our flight and we got into NOLA at 8:15 in the morning. When we got to the hotel we expected to leave our bags and head out, but our room was ready!! I will definitely stay here the next time I visit.
Overall my stay was great except for the check in process. I've stayed at many hotels and if the room is ready earlier than the 4pm check in time they will normally just allow you in. This property (Centric Hyatt) tried to charge us $50 to check in rooms that are already paid for and available. Then to appease us they said if we came back in another hour or so they would basically do us a "favor" and only charge $25. Seems like nickel and diming to me. I was really disappointed that Hyatt would...
The staff there was all AMAZING the manager Ray Was great to us we was delayed for two extra and they all took care of us. I would recommend 10 out of 10 and also come back for sure again again. I loved each and staff person.
Property is beautiful + the staff is amazing. Transit to/from is iffy due to central location in the French Quarter, but nothing is wrong with the hotel itself. 10/10 experience.
My dad needed a place to stay overnight due to 12-hour layover for Amtrak. I reserved him a room at The Haunted Hotel as it was reasonably priced and had great reviews. I am so glad I chose this hotel as Ginger was amazing!!! She reached out earlier in the week to confirm my stay and was very pleasant. I told her my 80-year dad would be staying and she made a point to make sure his stay was comfortable. She greeted him when he got out the cab and got him settled in his room. She communicated...
I have only one complaint, and it is relatively minor. The was only one very tiny garbage can for the room, and none in the bathroom, There should be one in the room, as well as one in the bathroom.
