"Absolutely disgusting. Dead bugs covering the floors, edges of counters being held on by scotch tape. Dried human blood on the floor. Spoke with staff about this, they said since I booked through Expedia, I would have to contact them for refund, but the front desk managers (Jayden/Sherron) would be happy to approve my refund to Expedia upon their phone call. They did not. I lost $120 because of this abominable place, so I will never be recommending this location, hotel chain, or Expedia to anyone, ever. The state of South Carolina should do an investigation, because I am certain this hotel has more issues than what I just mentioned. "

"Both the interior and exterior were clean. Parking area lighting was great. Room and bathroom were clean. Bedding was very comfortable. The morning breakfast was excellent (my spouse stated that it is the best he has had) and the ladies kept everything well stocked and were so friendly and kind. We definitely recommend this hotel. Lots of restaurants close by."

"We stayed at this location to be close to the gym where my son had a basketball tournament. I was very impressed with this facility. In my opinion this location is one of the nicest hotels in this brand, plus it was affordable for an overnight stay. The lobby is very clean, has lots of lighting and the overall ambience is nice. We selected an interior room, however the hotel has a lot of security throughout the property. Each door is secure with an alarm so you always feel very safe. Naoka at the front desk was very friendly; she answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely stay at this hotel."
