"Great hotel for Louisville visit."

"We had marvelous stay, very clean, and classy. This is officially my favorite hotel in Louisville. "

"The room was generally clean, but there was an empty handsoap bottle when we arrived. The maid wouldn't refill it withought permission from us calling the front desk first. All the Apothoke products smelled great. The airport shuttle can take a while to catch from the airport, as you have to wait a while for someone at the hotel to pick up the phone and then reach the shuttle (though you might luck out if one is already sitting in the shuttle section of the airport). I would stay here again, but recommend bringing a good eye mask, as the outside lights are bright, and earplugs to block hallway noise. It may not be the best fit for those sensitive to smoke, as guests were smoking on balconies and the hallways occasionally smelled like cigarette smoke."

"Updated inside, very clean, minimal in a way that feels relaxing. Nice touches with the towels soft, and easy remote. Environmentally friendly with quality bulk soaps and recycling. Good Korean restaurant only a one min drive. I’d stay here again. Reasonable price for being near highway"

"Great downtown hotel. Thick carpet and a sofa in the standard king room. Make sure you check out the rooftop bar, 8UP Elevated Drinkery & Kitchen. There is also a Spinelli’s Pizzeria across 4th street serving pizza by the slice until 5am. "

"Good food at restaurant and good prices, clean room, huge pool. A lot of the tv remotes don't work. Hotel needs to order a bunch of new remotes and make sure the TV is operational for guests. "
