Cleanliness

Very clean, safe and quiet area. Comfortable bed. Even though it was nearly 0 degrees outside, inside the room stayer than very warm.

Great place to stay. Close enough to what we needed and beds were super comfy. Kids loved the pool.

Nice overnight stay except for large numbers of homeless people in the area.

A wonderful stay in a great location

The hotel lobby was modern and nicely decorated,the rooms too. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We had maid service and a lot of hotels don’t make your beds or give you clean towels anymore .

We loved our stay at MainStay Suites! Everything was VERY clean, everyone was so friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. The parking was free on site. The suites were beautiful and huge. Full kitchen. Beds were actually queen size as advertised, and very comfy. The only complaints we had were that no toiletries were left in the room, but were offered at front desk in stead. Also there wasnt a cut off time in the hot tub so there were LOUD party people all night right below our window which was...

The staff was welcoming and it was very clean! If you are going to an even at Paycom, I highly recommend the stay. One elevator was down, so it delayed getting to your room if you could not climb stairs.

I've stayed here before and I will return again. Very clean and comfortable. Really nice bed and appreciated shower head and breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights and decided to get another room for our niece. Jenny was exceptionally nice and helpful. The parking was so convenient. We also loved that parking was included with the room. We loved that the Botanical Gardens were so close. We will be staying there again.

Great fresh new hotel Clean comfortable

This place was better than I expected. Fairly modern and very clean and safe. Uber to Paycom was only 12 bucks. Great room for the price.
