"Clean room and the staff was friendly the only down fall is the music going all night long "

"Besides us having a TERRIBLE weekend, the hotel was NO BETTER. My family & I was looking forward to this stay… carpets were not clean, beds were uncomfortable, water pressure for bathroom was TERRIBLE, barely any. There was talk of one of the rooms on our floor having bed bugs. People were complaining that we were being ‘loud’ in our room, but we were just playing cards & laughing, guest who complained of bedbugs stated she didn’t hear anything at all… people upstairs was running until like 2am. they tried to kick us out, front desk night person was rude about the entire situation while I was just trying to let the whole thing go (because I am pregnant). Switches & plugs barely worked. Only decent thing was location, breakfast & coffee! Paid too much for the experience we received. Will NOT be staying there again."

"The hotel is fairly clean but very loud. I think people live in some of the rooms. The pool was supposed to be open as of 5/1 but it’s not and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The breakfast was VERY minimal but it was ok. We won’t stay again."
