Hotels in Panorama Village

The place is very clean, I like that its tile (1st floor room), bed and pillows is comfortable and clean. Towels are clean also. I did saw 1 small cockroach but probably normal when you stayed on the ground floor with door right there next to the parking lot. This place is better than the other hotel I stayed in and paid more for sure!

Property was awesome. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The room very clean and comfortable. The air was already running, so I didn't have to set it up when I arrived like I do at other hotels. This is one of the few hotels that has ceiling fans in their rooms! It's nice to have air circulating without having to turn on the fan in the air conditioning unit which cut down on the noise. The staff is super nice and always willing to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Yes, the ac was wonderful and in Texas that is a good thing. Staff was very nice, good bed and very clean.

It was easy to get to, quiet, and clean.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was everything we needed for 2 adults and 4 kids. Extra plus that they had a gym and I was the only one using it 2 days in a row.

My husband and I travel OTR, as he’s a truck driver. When I’m with him, we typically get more hotels than usual instead of sleeping in our truck. After arriving in Houston, I was looking for my norm (Hilton or Hyatt) at a more affordable rate when I happen to stumble across Hotel Blue. I had a terrible day due to a death in my family and when I arrived I was clearly upset and in tears. The staff, including the manager could tell I was distressed. They offered me dinner and water. They offered to get my bags to my room. The manager went out of her way to help me. I am normally a calm person but being away from home during a death was upsetting. They did all they could to comfort me. They went way above and beyond.

Wonderful staff and the night time desk clerk was so pleasant. She was very helpful and spoke to us every time we came into the lobby

I needed a later than normal day checkout time and i was granted the request. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.

I recommend this hotel . The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel it self was clean and beyond what I expected. Will definitely book here again.

Everything was great the only thing is that by it being a small motel No elevators everything else was great

The location is a little tricky - but once you get the hang of it, no problem.

The property and some of the staff was great. The person on Saturday, December 28 that was working the kitchen was not friendly at all. My mother was getting her food and he made a comment that we needed to hurry up since it was getting close to 10. She thought that was rude. If you still have people getting something to eat you do not need to rush them to get out of the area to eat. Not good customer service.
