Hotels in Panorama Village

I needed a later than normal day checkout time and i was granted the request. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.

Had an EXCELLENT stay here, after a not so excellent stay elsewhere. They are remodeling the entire property so the pool and grounds are still under construction. We stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms and it was absolutely wonderful.

The room very clean and comfortable. The air was already running, so I didn't have to set it up when I arrived like I do at other hotels. This is one of the few hotels that has ceiling fans in their rooms! It's nice to have air circulating without having to turn on the fan in the air conditioning unit which cut down on the noise. The staff is super nice and always willing to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Yes, the ac was wonderful and in Texas that is a good thing. Staff was very nice, good bed and very clean.

Appreciated the early check-in so I could rest after my red eye flight. Modern facility with updated amenities. Great parking garage, customer service top notch. Room was very clean and quiet with beautiful view of the lake. Perfect place to stay when in town for a concert.

Jim was wonderful and I will be returning had a wonderful time. Everything was fantastic the lake was beautiful from the balcony. Thank you Jim!!

I had a terrible day due to a death in my family and when I arrived I was clearly upset and in tears. The staff, including the manager could tell I was distressed. They offered me dinner and water. They offered to get my bags to my room. The manager went out of her way to help me. I am normally a calm person but being away from home during a death was upsetting. They did all they could to comfort me. They went way above and beyond.

My husband and I travel OTR, as he’s a truck driver. When I’m with him, we typically get more hotels than usual instead of sleeping in our truck. After arriving in Houston, I was looking for my norm (Hilton or Hyatt) at a more affordable rate when I happen to stumble across Hotel Blue. The location is a little tricky - but once you get the hang of it, no problem.

Everything was great the only thing is that by it being a small motel No elevators everything else was great

The property and some of the staff was great. The person on Saturday, December 28 that was working the kitchen was not friendly at all. My mother was getting her food and he made a comment that we needed to hurry up since it was getting close to 10. She thought that was rude. If you still have people getting something to eat you do not need to rush them to get out of the area to eat. Not good customer service.

Very clean, good breakfast, pet friendly, and the staff were very nice.
