Quiet, comfortable, felt like home. We enjoyed the breakfast and the location.

We were there for a visit to RIT and it was within a good driving distance to it.

Room was nice and the view. Staff was friendly as well.

Everything was super clean and the staff was friendly. Not too far to a nice rail trail that we rode on. You might have to drive to find something to eat. Otherwise, everything was great!

I recently booked a suite for my daughter's 13th birthday sleepover and we had an amazing time. Shout out to Marsha at the front desk she was amazing and really made us feel welcome and at home. This hotel is clean, comfortable, beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great!! Really an unforgetable experience. Thanks again to the residence Inn by Marriott staff!! You rock!!

I will stay here every time I am in Rochester

Check in and out we’re quick and easy. The room was clean and exactly as expected from photos. The staff was all so friendly and accommodating. Ms. Donna was the best host, bartender, and concierge all wrapped up in one. Went for one night for a terrible wedding and would absolutely come back because of this staff. Thank you all very much!

I love staying there. So close to everything especially the mall. I can walk to my favorite restaurant and the staff is friendly and attentive. The free breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately my daughter is graduating and I won't have many if any opportunities to stay there. They have served me well for 4 years. I have no complaints.

Great stay. Lobby and Room were clean and well prepared. Parking lot was full when i arrived, about 9pm, but they share the parking garage across the street with the Play museum. It's just across the street, but i would recommend getting your bags to the room before you park. Good breakfast, nothing more than you would expect, but a lot of seating and options.

The staff was extremely nice, caring and helpful. They wanted to accommodate my son and me as much as possible. I asked if my son can practice his violin since he was playing an audition at Eastman, and they put him in a separate room making sure that he is comfortable in there. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety.
