"When we got there, the staff was very helpful. The room that was assigned to us had a really bad smell Unbearable, so I asked if there was another room we could get instead. She was very helpful in doing that. The next room was so much better. Never had that problem before! Clean bathroom, good A/C and well appointed rooms. They always have a good breakfast!! Waffles, eggs, sausage and hash browns, etc Coffee is outstanding! Love the fresh cookies they have at the front desk, as well as coffee nearby. I've been staying here 2-4 times a year for at least 5 years. They must be doing something right, as it's my favorite place to stay between Houston and Augusta, and back!"

"Room was clean. Elevator was kind of rickety. They're doing construction on some parts of the hotel, so those parts were taped off. We could hear some loud cars until about 11:30pm, but then it was silent for the rest of the night. My teenage son slept on the window seat, just because he wanted to, and said it was comfy."

"At beginning she said no early check in fee, she told me comeback until 7:00 am, when I comeback she was on her way out, other guy came to replace her in day shift so he said yes they have a early check in fee, so I have to sleep on my truck from 5:00 am to 7:00 because she told me no early check in fee !! Terrible"

"Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc."

"Because of an overlooking error by another APP, there were many angry room seekers around the city of Mobile, Alabama. Using this app, I made other arrangements to stay at the Hampton Inn in Saraland, Al. The gentleman behind the counter was very cool under pressure, collected and professional in his demeanor. Because the night was hot and humid, after confirming my arrangements, he immediately handed me two bottles of water, coupled with his previously stated traits, immediately abated my frustration with the previous hotel's experience. Making my stay in the pristine accommodations both memorable and enjoyable!!! Before heading to my room, I warned him that there would probably be many others heading here because of the frustrating situation occurring in Mobile with overlooking and these individuals would probably be surly to say the least. He just pleasantly smiled and said he would be here waiting for them. A VERY professional young man.!!!"
