"Breakfast was not very good "

"We stay in Carroll once every year or two, usually at the Days Inn. This time we decided to treat ourselves to a little upgrade and stay at the Carrolton Inn. Aside from maybe being a bit more solidly constructed, thus more quiet, the Carrolton was not any better. I reserved 2 rooms through Expedia, but when we arrived only one room was booked. They blamed it on a communication error. Luckily, there were many open rooms, so we were able to get the 2nd room. Our room was clean, but the light in the bath/shower would only work intermittently, leaving us with only the wind-up heatlamp for light (amazed they still have those). The entry area of the room had no light, though there was a mystery light switch next to the door that operated nothing. We found that the chargers we had plugged in on the nightstand (only after moving the nightstand to reveal the wall outlet) were not working, until we discovered that another mystery light switch on the opposite wall behind the TV controlled the outlet. Weird. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing - the standard prefab eggs, dry biscuits, canned gravy and "golden malted" waffles. It was ok, but I was hoping for better."

"Was half there coffee no cream No fruit No juice No hot water Sick leaks Was there eight years ago was good In our class people we saying better to stay in other town just 10-15 minutes away But the vimmie restaurant beside is awsome "

"The parking was not good because of all the U-Haul trailers parked in it because they are U-Haul dealer as well. Gym what gym?"

"For being in a rual small town area I was suprised to find something this nice close to where we needed to be. I would stay with these properties anywhere anytime. It had it all. Everything worked. Very well kept. Great staff. Right nextbto a great restaurant. "

"Very quiet hotel at the time of my stay. I had a view of the golf course which was also nice."

"Older facility could use makeover "

"No fresh food for four days. No counter service. Bed was ok, but no king size beds. Toilet did not fully flush. Sink cabinetry cracked. Toilet size for children. Room wall light did not work. Window curtain broken. No motel signage. Property not suited for general public. Smells bad. This motel needs to be bulldozed."
