did not have clean towels upon checking in. We checked in at 3:30 and we were told we would have to wait 30 min + because they didn't have towels in the room. We actually got access to the room, but bath towels were not delivered until about 9:00 p.m.

This hotel was renovated a few years ago and re-opened. All rooms are on the 2nd floor and I've stayed in about 4 different ones as each one is unique to the building's architecture. I mention the second floor because there is no elevator so you have to use stairs. Handicapped people might have trouble, I'd check with the hotel as to what they can accommodate. Liberty Motel feels like 5 star hotel in the concerned with excellent hospitality and almost felt like home. The Staff was really nice and helpful. Comfortable small room but nice and cozy.. I will certainly be staying here again and highly recommend to others when near by this area.
