"In terms of the condition of the property overall and my room, this HIE measured up to typical good HEI standards. However, internet didn't work -- and when I called front desk about it, they blamed it on an alleged firewall I may have and wanted me to call -- on a Saturday night -- some tech support guy. Ridiculous -- internet should be flawless. Also, I was happy there was a Keurig in my room, but it didn't work either. "

"The hotel was undergoing renovations. It smelled, the elevators were covered with cardboard, and the halls were dirty. It was not worth the cost of the room by any means. They have a great staff which was the only good thing about the hotel."
