The hotel eas great, but the staff was even better!

Great location for a family wedding. Staff was excellent and a delicious breakfast.

Rooms were well appointed. Housekeeping replaced towels and coffee service each day. Thought breakfast was included, not an additional charge. Breakfast buffet included lots of choices.

The overall stay was satisfactory, with clean and well-maintained rooms. However, we did encounter some issues at check-in. The staff member assisting us had difficulty locating our reservation, and there was a mix-up with the shuttle service to the airport, resulting in a scheduling error. These inconveniences were disappointing, but the room itself met our expectations.

The hotel was clean,the staff friendly and helpful.the only negative thing is that the pool room did not also have a hot tub.the breakfast choices were very good.

This is a comfortable hotel with up to date looking rooms and amenities. The staff is friendly and keeps the place very clean. The breakfast selection is above average, including hot items like eggs, bacon, sausage, and a pancake machine! The location is near fast food, grocery stores, and close to downtown Hastings. We slept well on comfortable beds and enjoyed the pool. Our room also had a mini fridge and a nice TV.

Staff goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Very clean facility and wonderful pool area. Room was comfortable and clean and shower was nice and hot.

This brand new hotel was very nice with a beautiful lobby. Our queen suite was spacious with great amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

The hotel is very charming and clean. Lowell is a cute tiny and the locals are very nice. Service was great at hotel and nearby restaurant. Only downside of the hotel room was no thermostat to control individual room temp so it was a little chilly but not unbearable.

I had a 5-night stay that was made very pleasant by Maddie (sp?) who offered to make me fresh coffee when I checked out at 4:30 am, and always had a positive attitude with any of my asks. This place is situated in between many farms and corn fields, at a truck stop, so the smell was very strong when it came in on the wind. There were times it didn't smell, too, so it's weather-based. This was our 2nd time to Bay Pointe. They make us feel at home. It was a pleasure to encouter Mary Ellen at the front desk. She has a great smile!

Honestly we checked in about 4:30 and the front desk was worried, our room wasn’t ready they only had 2 housekeeping staff and told me they didn’t know when we would be able to get in our room. They were very apologetic and upgraded our room to a king suite so we could get in right away. Very professional and eager to make it right.
