"Room needed major updates. Walls were partially painted, lots of dents and holes. Bathroom had rust stains. No butter available at breakfast. Juice machines didnt work. Coffee machine unavailable. "

"Parking was good. I would suggest that the shuttle bus be more cautious. It almost hit me as I was coming out of my parking space due to the shuttle speeding. Staff was good. The Starbucks cafe would be convenient if they would want to make your coffee. I wanted a white chocolate mocha and employee said she had just cleaned the expresso machine and did not want to dirty it. It was like 7 pm. Maybe have instructions on how to use the thermostat as it was very cold and then too hot. I figured it out after multiple time tries trying to set the temperature at a comfortable setting. "

"Great stay. Friendly, clean, food and all day coffe were good, staff was attentive and engaged. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended "

"First time walking in the room and it smelled like cigarette/ marijuana smoke and the blankets had a burn in it. My door was off track and I would have to lift it up to close it. The one wash cloths was ripped and stained. I told the front desk and the guy just said okay and did nothing about it. I then got stuck in the elevator and I told the front desk and the woman that was there said it happens and it’s okay all you got to do it pull the doors open."

"Bathroom had a leak under the sink. Blow dryer didn’t work. Not enough soap for our family shower with. Red mucus on the curtains in bedroom. Very disappointing stay. "

"Not to clean also tv was broken not healthy breakfast to much noises on the next room not remote control for the tv ."
