I can't say enough about the staff! There was a mix up on the reservation. Two of our three rooms were booked for a different night. The desk clerk not only quickly and politely fixed everything but we had a wheel chair bond relative with us and they were able to help accommodate his special needs. We also had a situation with him during our stay... the front desk again not only was attentive and understanding but completely professional and descrete in helping us deal with the situation....
Nice size room - I was happy walking as soon I walked in. Decor is modern and comfortable (love the pillows), with the in-room amenities one would hope for. Also, breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel. I would definitely stay there again if I end up back in that area. As luck would have it, there were 3 youth hockey teams staying there at the same time, and the staff was quick to let me know they would take care of things if there were any problems with rowdy kinds, but there were none.
I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The building and surroundings would lend you to believe one thing, but upon entry staff, service and amenities abound. (For an AmericInn). The rooms were clean and large, the breakfast was hot and plentiful and the staff were kind and helpful. The pool area, though I did not use, was huge with a small water park for children and a hot tub and was only for guest use. Amazing visit! Located on a peaceful lake it was a nice retreat from the busy-ness of the outside world. The breakfast was delicious and the view was amazing. Would absolutely stay again - highly recommend!
