They changed it out which made a huge difference. I also let them know that the body soap in the shower was empty and they brought another bottle. We were in Wichita, Kansas and had a great experience at the Drury Hotel. When we were checking in at 10:30pm, the fire alarm was set off. I want to give a shout out to Alena. I do not know her last name, but she was the only person at the desk that night. She was so calm, professional, and efficient. This place was amazing from start to finish. The owner and staff takes care of great pride in maintaining a respectful property. They really care about doing things right. The property was clean, tidy and welcoming. Dinner and breakfast tasted amazing anf were more than fair priced. If you want a relaxing stay where you can really disconnect and enjoy a slow pace-this is it. We will be coming back for certain!

I had a wonderful experience at the Wichita Marriott. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and I have no complaints in regards to the room. My only criticism is the elevators. There is only 3 elevators, and there is many many guests staying at this hotel, especially on a weekend. The wait for elevators was pretty long during my stay. The morning of check out, one of the elevators were broken, leaving only 2 elevators for all of the guests. This is my only complaint, but...
