"Very unsafe area guy at check in was sleeping on the floor the room was dirty and there was a literal cockroach in my bed and bugs everywhere very dirty"

"Our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 5:30pm. We went and had dinner and got back by 6 and the room was ready. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly but other than that the room was nice. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, usually hotel beds are extremely firm and these were not. That’s a plus for me. The pool was okay. Enough fun for my kids which is all I needed. Overall the stay was pleasant. "

"The hotel was a bit dated, but clean. Although our room was clean it smelled of salsa like someone dumped a bowl of it in the air conditioning unit. The bed and pillows were comfy, but corner of the sheet was shredded. Towels, soap, water pressure and temp were good. Breakfast consisted of: yogurt, fruit, good coffee, cereal, instant oatmeal, toast bagels & waffles. Seating area was clean. Best part for us, dog friendly fee only $15, awesome! The price was right for a.last night on the way home. Staff was patient with me,after 10 hours of driving she kindly repeated things for me until I understood. Thank you!"

"Expedia says this has a pool, but there was no pool. It looked like homeless people sitting inside the lobby after 10 o’clock when the door should’ve been locked, but it wasn’t. There’s no ice chest anywhere in the hotel. We looked on every floor for to get ice. There’s no cups anywhere in the rooms or the hotel and there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap. We had to go to Walmart to get items we assumed we offered from the hotel. Also, we have a car with a handicap sticker, but there was a car sitting on 22 inch rims parked in the handicap spot but no handicap placard. This wasn’t a very good experience and if it wasn’t for the front desk clerk, I would give you a -0 because she was the only positive thing about this day. "

"Room was not the cleanest. Hallways are dirty and floors were sticky. Pool area wasn’t very clean. Room only had 2 towels, had to ask for more. Inside of door handle area was broke. The front desk girl was very nice and took care of us great though. "

"The breakfast meal was superior!! The staff throughout the hotel was great ….. parking was sufficient. Room was very clean …. Overall the very best. Thank you "
