The hotel is located inside an old woolen mill factory. It has been recently restored and renovated to create overnight and venue services. The rooms are large and airy with stylish decor and there are inviting public spaces throughout. The furnishing are upscale and serval tools and machines from the original factory are included in artistic touches throughout. The restaurant offered delicious meals at a reasonable rate. The location is within easy walking distance from shops and restaurants....
Our private hottub quit working after two uses. When we called the front desk the initial response was “well I don’t know what to do” HOWEVER they did come to our room after a few minutes and gave us a new room with a private hottub that was even cuter than our original room
They got us taken care of. Would stay here again.
Easy check in- room was great. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was outstanding. Easy check out. All staff members were very helpful and courteous.
I was in the middle of nowhere iowa and i needed a place to stay. If was this or the scary looking hotel. I chose this and it was a good choice. If you are reading this and stay here, i recommend Sunrise Cafe in Le Grand.
