The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. Definitely 5 star.
Dislike: We booked an ADA room but we still had to request a shower chair and a non-slip mat for the shower. Plus there should be a horizontal bar next to the toilet for the disabled to use. I had to rely on my walker.
- In my opinion, an ADA room should have a step in shower. Not a conventional bathtub.

I was so excited to stay here. We only got one night because it was booked all other nights but MAN I FELL IN LOVE. If you're considering booking here, don't even bother reading the rest of this review until your reservation is complete. Then come back and read more ;)
But seriously, check in was strict at 3, no early checkin which was fine. Then when we came back they upgraded us from the 2 queen room to the condo, and it was the best room I've ever stayed in.

This was the only convenient hotel when visiting our daughter, who lives outside Sandy, and we were very pleasantly surprised. Nice clean rooms and halls, comfortable bed with choice of pillows, friendly staff, and more than the usual food choices for breakfast.
