"I cant say enough good things about front desk staff. Very pleasant and helpful, especially A young lady named Paige. She even went to our room after check-in to make sure it was clean! Bad was returning to our room after being out for the day was that by 7:30 pm our room had never been cleaned. I was not happy as I had tipped house cleaning the prior day. Luck for us, Paige did bring us clean towels. Rest of stay was great "

"I did not like the virtual check in and there was no staff present at the desk. The rooms were very old and the paint in the bathroom was peeling. The towel rack was in the shower which my child did not notice so all the towels ended up wet. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no housekeeping to provide new towels. The wifi did not work. The TV had no channels and we had to sign into our own streaming services to watch anything. It said there was breakfast included but we could not find it.They did accept pets which was the only positive of this property. "

"A lot of kids running the halls and screaming without any supervision. Staff did not seem to mind this. We were in a room next to a large amount of kids, with no adult with them. Reserved online and quoted price, that was to be what was paid. Was charged $150.00 more than supposed to. Lied Lodge claimed that we asked for an upgrade, not true - only time we talked to Lied is when we checked in and given room. Lied will not adjust. Will not stay there again. Not worth the money charged and headache over being overcharged."
