"I don't like giving bad reviews but the road noise from traffic was one of the loudest I've heard in any hotel."

"Breakfast was great. There was an assortment of food and staff very attentive. "

"My room curtains became off track and I ask the front desk to have someone come look at it, nobody came they said Maintenance hadn’t made it in yet mind you it’s 8 am in the morning so I planned on goin some where got pick up at 12:30 still nothing I checked with the front desk again and the lady said she would make sure somebody come look at it . I left and came back as t 6 pm I went to my room and it was still broken I called the front desk and it was a new person and he said nobody told him of the issue but I can move rooms well I had a handicap accessible room and there were no more available , at this poor I’m annoyed my daughter came up took a look at it and thank goodness she fixed it . Other than I love this hotel but I’m assuming they was having a off day"

"Kitchen was very satisfactory. Did not use laundry."

"Room was not cleaned and when we asked for it to be cleaned they made the bed only. Didn’t restock any paper products and floors sticky and never swept. When you book your room, they don’t honor your room selection. Cannot believe this is “W” owned. Do not recommend this place for a stay. "

"This was one of the best resorts that me and my family had a chance to experience. So many different things to do all in one spot."

"The showers were freezing cold and all staff said they know boilers don’t work but apparently had no intentions of fixing. Booked because of in door pool but guess what that was broken too and didn’t get to utilize the entire time because they had no intentions of fixing any time soon. "
