GROUNDS: The hotel is magnificent, with individual bungalows surrounding the central lobby/restaurant and pool. The tropical landscaping is gorgeous and dense enough to isolate each of the bungalows, affording privacy, even when sitting in the covered front porch. WOW.. where do we begin!!!! Such an incredible resort with amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Well worth the extra money. Marolin and staff at the reception desk helped us make and change reservations for excursions, drove us on golf carts back and forth to our room and made us feel so warm and welcomed. This was such a great place to stay! The views were awesome, it was very quiet and peaceful, and it was very unique to stay in a dome. We saw so many hummingbirds and butterflies. The caretakers were the most helpful, friendly, generous people. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed and they also had a cute friendly dog that greeted us. Just a few minutes away there were a couple restaurants to eat at and it was a 5 minute car ride to Rio Celeste. Highly recommend this...
Nice small property with buildings spread around. Rooms 1-4 are in one building, but the rest looked individual. Clean, comfortable room. Bench outside on porch for seating.
Dinner and breakfast were good with lots of options, and good beer selection for a small place.
Very convenient to National park entrance for blue river hike.
Cabanas Los Laguitos is a little heaven in earth, it is where you can connect to nature and to experience the real rainforest in Costa Rica. Host are great, welcome, friendly, warm, real people with no agenda other than to ensure you are feeling like home!!
You are 5 mins driving distance to volcán Tenorio, Rio Celeste waterfalls and river. The horse ridding tour is a real adventure!!

Cecelia was a very accommodating host. Even though we had a language barrier, we used translation apps. She gave us pointers about local attractions and food. The facility is exactly as advertised in the listing. Nice little cottage style rooms.
Milena and her husband are truly wonderful people who shared their little gem with anyone who stays over and you just don’t want to leave. This place is truly special I strongly recommend. I have travel all over the world and this place had the best hospitality and food for a reasonable price.

Nayara is a very luxurious place to stay! From the moment we arrived with the valet opening our car doors and welcoming us, the welcome drinks, the very personal introduction to Nayara and all it offers, the private tour of the entire resort, and then taking us to our villas and showing us around each of them....we KNEW we chose the right place to stay for our visit to this area of Costa Rica! We had two villas. One for our two sons (16 & 13) and one for us. My husband and I were in a suite...
The grounds at the hotel are amazing. The tropical gardens that surround the guest rooms, paths, and pool make for a very relaxing stay. The rooms are spaced well apart and have a lot if privacy from the covered verandas. The views are incredible. The location is perfect for exploring and taking advantage of the many activities in the area.
We had a wonderful stay. Everything you could ever think of needing was provided. For a glamping experience this place is top notch. You have your own private toilet and sink right next to you. The showers were great as well.
Love this place. The owner was very helpful and hospitable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The property offers plenty of trails and activities, so there’s really no need to leave—you can fully enjoy your time right there. Also, the food at the restaurant is excellent. Highly recommend.
