I had a week long stay for business and stayed in the 3bd suite in tower 1 because it had a balcony and kitchen, plus it was huge, bigger than most apartments. I was not disappointed with anything. the hotel staff was great, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked really good with independent units for the Living room and Bedroom, WiFi also had good signal and was consistent. I considered breakfast to be quite reasonably priced for the good quality of the food and as others have said...

I had an absolutely fantastic stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet, which I had nearly everyday, always offered something new. If you’re going to Jakarta, this place is a must stay.

The room was a bit smaller than I had hoped for, but other than the size of the room, the room was clean, comfortable and had ease of access to public transportation and a shopping mall across the street that had many great restaurants to choose from.

Very nice hotel with Bundaran HI view, All staff are helpfull and friendly especially when we have breakfast and dinner at signature, cheft heri purnama made delicious special fried rice for us, and also all the waiter like mr.Eddy, mr.Rahman, mrs.Lidya, mr.Maliki, mr.Kevin, mr.Bray are very helpfull make us like at home

Fitness equipments aren’t complete and a bit outdated. Restaurant for breakfast couldn’t keep up with the number of customers during peak times.
