Clean room. Great staff. Each staff was so polite and helpful. Great amenities. Location was so good at Narita area. Only a few minute to reach at the hotel from Keisei Narita station by foot. Easy to find. You can reach form Narita airport by Keisei Line(JR Narita station is 5 minutes walk to the hotel). This location is excellent. So close to grocery stores, restaurants, Narita san temple which is beautiful and transportations. Only a few minutes walk to all and it is my go to location in the area. This hotel is new, 2 years old, simple and clean. Staff are very nice. There is a hot water pot and a small refrigerator in a room. The mattress seem a bit firm but that is an individual taste.
