"The room needed a renovation. The room was on two levels, bed upstairs and bathroom downstairs. The seating area in the room was not very comfortable and the furniture was well worn. The staff were nice. Definitely felt like a family hotel from another era."

"A wonderful property in such a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards with views of Mount Etna and the village of Castiglione perched on a hillside. The home cooked traditional meals were delicious, our rooms were immaculate, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The large, clean pool was fabulous after active days visiting the Etna region. We went out in the local town for dinner once and can really recommend it. Thank you!"
