"The hotel is clean and walking distance to nice bars and restaurants. Staff were also friendly and accommodating, although reception service could be pretty slow at times. For us, the food was dreadful - we went for dinner on our first night and left without eating the meal. We didn’t eat in the hotel at all for the remainder of our holiday. There was no water in the room and when I asked for a bottle of water I was advised it wasn’t part of the AI package but I could have a small paper cup of water. The hotel is also really in need of refurbishment - there is plaster hanging off walls, the fire alarm was held in a bracket as it had fallen off and the wire was exposed. For what we paid, I would have expected much more. I wouldn’t return to this hotel. "

"Stayed one night so can’t really give a proper feedback but first impressions of the reception and the overall appearance not bad I enjoyed my sleep. Breakfast was adequate."

"Stunning hotel with excellent facilities. We were offers a room upgrade and enjoyed a junior suite. We were on B&B board basis and this was lovely with lots of tasty options. We used the padel court and yoga classes which were fab! Would definitely return"

"The Gardens are beautiful with lush greenery, many water features and a back door onto the promenade, a Mini Golf area, several swimming pools, fish pond, a couple of cafes and a multitude of sun loungers. you are bound to feel relaxed in such salubrious surrounds"

"Been here several times. The rooms are a good size and we got the room we asked for. Downsides breakfast always the same and very boring. The WiFi is terrible wherever you are in the hotel. "
