"The owners of Alpino knew our names and what we wanted for breakfast by the end of the first day. They were so helpful. This was truly an all inclusive holiday experience and the location and town are just wonderful! Can't wait to go back for the Olympics.

"Lovely hotel and very central location. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Staff were really great and the (mostly) subterranean spa facilities are excellent.
We thought this hotel was great value.
Our only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as morning tea addicts we tried to order room service with no success as we don’t speak Italian.
We ended up buying a travel kettle from the local store!
Nevertheless we would definitely stay again. "

The big negative is a really slow, almost unusable WIFI. So, if you go there and want to use WIFI for business, do not stay at this hotel. While there is free public parking nearby, the hotel does not offer parking and you may find yourselves fighting for parking space, as we did."

It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. Small details such as the towel art in the room and unexpected access to a little indoor pool (that staff turned back on just for us despite our late check on time) made it an absolute delight. "nice hotel located near the Moena center. Great selection for breakfast, tiny swimming pool and very small gym (too smal for more than 1 user if you are not a fan of feeling the strangers breath on your neck).
We stayed in the family room and beds in the main bedroom was ok although the sofa in the living area very short and not comfortable. Poor water pressure in the shower especially in the ‚pick’ time."

"Stayed in Moena only one night as part of a longer trip to the area. The hotel had a downtown, clean and lovely staff. Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we ever had, with the chef cooking omelets and other wonderful food with fresh local products. Truly a breakfast well not forget. The staff was lovely and the town of Moena is quaint and great to walk. We would definitely stay again. "
