"Gentleman on reception was helpful and spoke good English (thank you)as was the lady in the morning. The room was clean enough,shame the curtains didn't cover the windows. The mattress was hard and the pillows were diabolical,absolutely useless to act as any sort of head comfort.Breakfast was adequate for the money,not a huge selection but you're not going hungry(TIMOTHY YOU ABSOLUTE WEAPON,read previous reviews 🙄)Ample safe parking(i was on a motorbike, no problem)Nothing surrounding the place,it's on an industrial estate, they have beer and a Subway s 4 minute walk away.All in all,can't grumble for the price,cheers."

However, the staff gave me the key to the storage room which happens to be in the basement: One – serious security breach given that other people‘s luggage was in there. My own had my computer. "Absolutely fantastic! We booked because of the MagC anime Convention and i have to say that the Hotel was one of the reasons this weekend. We will definitely try to go next year. And we will definitely try to get a room in the same Hotel. So awesome! "

"It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered."
