We loved this hotel, we have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world but this one is our favorite. The room was warm, they provided an array of teas and instant cappuccinos. The breakfast was A++++ offering a huge selection of warm and cold breakfast choices, great coffee, and a very welcoming ambiance. We also accidentally left a shirt and a blender cup in the room and the staff saved both items for us and had them ready to return to us as soon as we returned and asked for them. We...
This was my first time staying at a European hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect. Checkin was different from my previous hotel experiences in that your credit card is not taken until you are ready to check out. It's a good thing that one can have payment processed the day before checkout as the front desk does not open until 8AM on the weekends. Keys are simply left at the front desk on the day of checkout if the desk was closed.

The "apartment" was very clean, brand new. The staff that was there when we arrived, on Jul, 1: 1500hrs., was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend.
