The staff were absolutely helpful with any questions we had, they were lovely. The breakfast was very nice and had many options and delicious pastries. The room was spotless and absolutely welcoming as well.

Great food, great staff, excellent spa

The first compliment is with the great customer service at the check in desk, the girl was very polite ams knowledgeable, second the location in front of the lake was fantastic, also walking distance to the old town, very clean, confortable and the best shower ever.

The room was small but very comfortable. There was a door leading out to a garden, where it was lovely to walk, and nice to let in fresh air. Our room had a kettle, and supplies to make coffee. Breakfast was lavish, including Brie cheese, a first on this trip, and delicious. Moreover, the staff were super helpful. We were trying to save money on meals, so went to the local Co-Op, and bought cold meat, cheese, and salad, and fresh fruit & cream for our 2 days. The hotel loaned us plates, bowls,...

Very nice property with a super friendly staff. Area is within walking distance to main train station and the Old Town. Area is very safe and the City is clean… Very nice place and a very nice time there

Excellent hotel. Breakfast had ham, cold cut meat, pastries, orange juice, mix fruit juice, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits, tea and coffee. Service for breakfast was outstanding. Front desk was pleasant, helpful and Terik was outstanding Also, there were little muffins in a glass case in the lobby area and these little muffins were available through out the day which was very nice Room was spacious and very very clean Location was outstanding since there were so many restaurants near...

Our extended family rented the large villa home on the property. It was so beautiful and much larger than we even expected. The staff was lovely, and accommodating, especially Zoe. As for the rest of the property, it was simply beautiful. I’d love to try the hotel restaurant and spa on property on our next trip. We would love to stay there again and recommend the house villa for large families. Absolutely made our stay in Annecy a wonderful experience.

Hotel is great. The rooms are a little small. Not an issue if you're just sleeping there. For folks that are traveling Europe, it becomes tough to move about the room when each person has a large's an issue with my wife and I piece of luggage.

This is an older but very well maintained hotel. He staff was a little rude at initially greeting us but redeemed themselves with great service the rest of our stay. The hotel is in a business and government district so it’s a little quieter on weekends.

The location of the hotel was phenomenal! Steps from the waterside, shopping, restaurants, and grocery within steps. Public transport so close. Room was good- very clean, spacious bathroom and nice water pressure, good hot water. Air conditioner excellent. Staff was extremely helpful. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Stayed only for 1 night but staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was accommodating and convenient; but, caution: shuttle runs only between 4:40am - 11:45pm.
