The chateau is a beautiful, charming and quiet place to stay. Keep in mind you are living back in time so it’s a little different but it’s a wonderful experience to stay there. The continental breakfast is what we expected with delicious cheese, croissants, assortments of breads and boiled egg for options. The jams were fantastic and oh so very delicious!!! This hotel is wonderful. It is quiet and cozy. The courtyard is adorable and welcoming. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and clean. Free wifi worked well and the small tea set in our room was just perfect. The pool and hot tub was something my kids loved and was a life saver for us after 5 intense days of sightseeing Paris. Overall, we would love to stay here again for a longer period to enjoy the quite serenity of the French countryside!

This is a gem of a hotel. The setting is pastoral and beautiful. The grounds are immaculate and peaceful. The room was exceedingly comfortable (although, of course, somewhat small by American standards but large by European), charming, with an excellent en suite bathroom. The hotel restaurant was superb and, although expensive, well worth it -- both the food and the attentive service. I would stay here again, and would highly recommend it to any friend.

Welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff. Easy parking out front. Breakfast could not have been better. Excellent local cheese, bakery, eggs and bacon to order, yogurt, preserves, juice, freshly made coffee or tea. Breakfast room bright and comfortable. Room large, shower with plenty of hot water, bed comfortable, everything I could ask for in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Maison du Val keeps the charms of a castle and offers the young vibe of a boutique hotel. The room is perfectly clean. The bedding is good quality and the baby crib is cutely prepared . The hotel looks like it’s out of a movie, so stunningly beautiful and peaceful! I loved relaxing in the garden before walking up to dinner at the restaurant with incredible food and such a lovely view of the grounds. The owners went above and beyond to help me when I realized I had the wrong electrical adapter, and the staff served me with no problems even though I only arrived to breakfast with five minutes to spare in the time frame. First visiting Paris to watch my son's futbol game. Hotel is walking distance to Camp des Loges and the train station is a few away. City Center is only four km away as well. And there's a bakery, restaurant as in the vicinity, and small market. Hotel has a small kitchen. My son cooked pasta in his room.

A good location near the older part of town. The front desk staff was very helpful regarding logistics.
