"Very nice staff"

"Breakfast was very good although on a Sunday morning they had 2 staff working, so some of the tables were left with used dishes and took a long time to clear. Some breakfast items such as the orange juice, bacon and croissants had been empty and missing for longer than they should have been. On the Monday morning with less guests, the breakfast was exemplary. Room was great, it was a studio room, with a fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils all supplied, along with kitchen roll, washing up liquid, teas, coffee, bottled water etc. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. Shower was large, water pressure not great, but adequate."

"I did a quick 2 days to enjoy Switzerland while staying in Italy. The facility, shuttle service, food and staff was wonderful! Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. I would stay here again."

"Not the best place for technophobes as the only way to access the hotel is through your phone. Other than that, it’s a great place with a supermarket next door and a tram stop literally outside the door giving access to CERN and Geneva Cornavin station."

"The staff were courteous and the place was spotless and more recently upgraded than I expected. My room was very quiet and clean and of course the location of the hotel is bang in the middle of everything, so super convenient. I would definitely consider the Bernina again for a future visit to Geneva. "

"The hotel was in a perfect location, right by the lake with a lovely walk by the lake to the old Town. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was superb with amazing fresh bread, you could smell from the 5th floor. The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was a lovely space to have a leisurely breakfast "
