The hotel is located far from city and the look can make you make you half turn and go back. You catch the motorway A81 in less than 5 mins. However when you enter the hotel, talk to the staff, get into your room, toilet and order for dinner then you do appreciate your choice of coming here.

I was given room on the zero floor which was fine. Bed was good, space was 3 star normal size and staff was great by putting a bed for our kid...
What an amazing place. Calm, quiet, and french air are the top things that come to mind. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious. I only wish we had time to walk by the river or try out the beautiful pool. We'll be coming back here soon.
The rooms are a fair size for a French hotel. No frills, clean and comfortable.
Sole issue for my particular experience, shower/sink water barely over tepid. I mentioned to the staff who adressed it, and water was instantly warmer, although still not "hot". Shower with tepid water in November isnt the most agreable.
But overall the experience was pleasant.

As an American in a foriegn country, there are challenges with languages and services. We're spoiled here in the US. Big gyms, ice machines on every floor, etc. FIrst person I encountered spoke English well, room was made up every day and overall stay was enjoyable. Entering building from other than the main doors only negative. Will definitely return when staying in the area.
I stayed for one night on a business trip in the area. We arrived after dark and left before sunrise so we didn't see much of the landscape but what we saw of the hotel grounds was very charming. Think green fields, nice gardens, and quaint stone buildings. The room that I stayed in could have used a bit of an upgrade in terms of furniture, TV, and carpet but the bedding was very nice and the bathroom had just been remodeled.
