The rooms were very spacious and very appointed as well as the baths. The only downside was there was no shower. The chef at the property prepared dinner for us the evening we arrived and it was excellent. The dinner included several small desserts, aperitif, wine, salad and entrée. The food was really outstanding. The Chateau was a little hard to find and was a very kilometers out of town, so we didn't have a chance to see the town.

Newly updated rooms in a convenient location with a very friendly, accommodating staff. (When the handle of our luggage needed fixing, they promptly offered us use of a complete screwdriver set.) Both the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. A 5 - 10 minute drive to the dining and tourist area of Alencon. We stayed for one night at the tail end of a week-long driving tour of Normandy with our college-aged daughter. We did not have breakfast. Only concern was the free parking adjacent...
