Great place

Another great spot to spend one night. A/C was an issue but that may have to do with the time of year that was warmer than usual. Maybe A/C isn’t activated until June?? Not sure.

Clean room, excellent host, very welcoming and friendly

We stayed here for one night. We had adjoining rooms. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also good. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an excellent stay at l’hôtel Littéraire Gustave Flaubert in Rouen -we even extended it by several extra days! The location is central, with a great downtown feel and easy access to coffee shops, museums, and monuments. The room was comfortable, with plenty of power outlets and good lighting. The hotel’s literary vibe, with books and reading zones, was incredible. Breakfast was great, with ample options including eggs, bakery items, cereal, jams, and beverages. The room was small, but the bed was was comfortable! The bathroom room was very nice! Avery nice breakfast was included as part of the package!

This hotel was a great find. The staff was GREAT. The room was small, but so clean and so comfortable. GREAT shower, towels, sheets, and so forth. Highly recommend it. We were a short drive into Rouen so very convenient. Safe, secure parking. Great experience. Thanks!

Quiet rural setting. Interesting variety of room options. Great food options. Very courteous and accomodating hosts.

Kids loved the loft area. Room was pretty small and bed was so so. The mattress was thin and slid around. There was a great hamburger and curry restaurant across the street.

Parking was easy. The hotel is old and not well maintained. Staff was very nice and personable. The room prices are very low. So if you just need an inexpensive place to sleep it is very good, There are several reasonable restaurants very nearby. They do have a “buffet” breakfast. But it was just baguettes, croissants, bread for toasting. Yogurt and cornflakes with milk. But at least there were fresh.

This is comfortable auberge with spacious rooms - a good place to explore the Normandy region. There was an issue with the dinner which I had paid for however didn't seem to show up in the booking. However the problem was very quickly resolved jointly by both Hotels.com and the the Auberge owner. I'm very satisfied with the promptness and the customer service of Hotels.com.

Great proximity to the town center

Charming hotel in the heart of Rouen. Minutes away by walking from the cathedral, the river Seine, shops and restaurants. My room spacious, clean, and included a balcony with amazing views of the Seine river and the cathedral. Breakfast was delicious and highly recommended so you can maximize the crowd free early morning exploration. Located in the old walking district of Rouen. Many restaurants and free metropolitan museums are a short walk. The Joan of Arc immersive experience and the river are also close. Lots of churches as well.
