For the 2 weeks i was there, i couldn't complain. The only thing i will mentioned is that they should created a list of all the english channels because i had a hard time finding them on the tv.

We stayed in the Tosca room. It was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Staff had great recommendations for local dining. We were served an excellent breakfast in our room. Our only regret is that we stayed only one night. Tip: if you’re driving, call the hotel first and give them your license plate number so you can drive through the restricted old town to drop your luggage at the hotel before going to off-site parking.
Easy check-in, very friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything we wanted to see. Easy walking distances and bus stop was nearby. Lots of good places to eat nearby also.
Nice clean room. Only problem encountered was that we arrived at noon and the staff was not prepared to check us in. We were forced to use a commercial luggage shop until 3:00 pm and pay to store our bags. Otherwise the room was charming and we had a private balcony. The breakfast was brought to our room and was delicious with a wide variety of of food.

Friendly staff, lovely, comfortable rooms with ample AC during a very hot summer. While you could walk to the city center, it was very helpful to have a car to get back and forth.
