The property itself is cozy and full of charm, surrounded by beautiful nature that creates a peaceful atmosphere. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was also excellent—fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. "This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Our room was very hot and the window and shutters need to be kept closed for the simple air conditioner to have any level of efficiency. There were 3 flights of steps which our elderly dog found challenging."

"A wonderful small relais. I mostly appreciated the kindness of the staff that made the stay really memorable. The spa is small but lovely and I particularly enjoyed the massage with Cristiana - book it if you have a chance. The dinner was excellent and I loved the wine list with lots of local wines to choose from. Overall I highly recommend this relais for a relaxing stay in Marche."
