There is no ice machine for guests, however, the staff was very accommodating in answering and responding to our requests.

We really enjoyed this lovely, well kept hotel. The kind friendly staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. When we had a short wait for our room, the innkeeper provided fruit and a bottle of cold water, made reservations for us for dinner, and delivered a small dessert to our room for my birthday. We loved the courtyard and beautiful flowers. The breakfast was delicious with great service by the staff before our ten minute drive to the airport. I would definitely stay there...

Perfect place to stay close to the Turin Airport. The staff is so kind and helpful, and the rooms are very clean. For anyone extremely sensitive to sounds (road sounds, etc) this is the place to stay. The rooms have individual, remote controlled AC units with quiet fans that give stellar white noise coverage. The breakfast has typical options provided by exceptional service. Their services went above and beyond, even though we booked at the last minute just before midnight

Relatively easy to park when we drove up for a European hotel—although no place to stop and unload luggage. The staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in was fast. Rooms had been updated and were modern and clean. We paid a little extra to get the better rooms. Rooms were well equipped and clean with plenty of towels. We had to leave at 4:00AM to catch a flight and it took less than 10 minutes to reach airport car rental return.

the hotel is excellent as a facility but it is also the closest to Juventus stadium. So people may come here for the game. The hotel is very good in every aspect but we would have hoped they provided an additional service on match days (transportation to and from stadium). Other than that the staff are very helpful and speak English.

Very good experience. The desk workers were attentive to my needs and promptly solved problems. My oversight was not seeing if the room had a microwave. That was my fault.

We went to Ivrea for the annual Carnivale and this hotel was in the perfect location and choice for our trip. The staff were so nice and helpful. The hotel was brand new and so clean!

Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.

Great unique property, showers are small but nice rooms.

Was awesome. A little out of way from train stations but if you get a bus its not bad. Dont take 40 min walk from train stations because there arnt sidewalks for most of it. Really good food breakfast was awesome and so was dinner

I can't speak highly enough about this hotel. Clean room, kind people at the front desk, nice and quiet location (yes it's unassuming and sort of randomly located but who cares) and EXCELLENT daily breakfast included. When I needed a power adapter, they provided it. When I needed to borrow an iron, same thing. They were always able to call a taxi as I required etc. etc. I will be back. Excellent value, excellent stay.
