An absolute gem. One of those rare places that is designed and maintained with genuine care and highest standards. Expansive views of the unspoiled countryside with the ocean sparkling in the distance. The roomy soaking tub and wood-burning stove were soul-filling after being out for walks in the cool June weather. Mark and his dogs led us to see a koala nestled in one of their majestic trees. Gorgeous grounds and friendliest hosts we've encountered on our travels. We will be back.

The villas are on a steep Mountain, at first it was a little scary driving up. The grounds have a beautiful, country forest feeling, and the view to ocean is amazing. You can watch sunrise from bed or porch. There are various types of colorful birds which land on your porch. Overall quite amazing. Only drawback is the distance to the beach, it's not walking distance - and about a 10 minute drive. However if you are in a mountain you can't have everything, and there is still the ocean...

This is a great location for visiting the Twelve Apostles and Timboon Food Artisans Trail. We arrived after dark, and found our key/paperwork in a small, numbered box, so we didn't interact with any staff during our stay. We stayed in #110, which was clean and had amenities like coffee and even a heater! Spring flowers were in bloom, and we could hear the roosters! It was a very relaxing setting. We brought our own banana bread to enjoy with our coffee, and then we set out for the Great Ocean...
