"The hotel is a beautiful, well-preserved colonial building. Although the rooms don't have private bathrooms, they are well-equipped and the shared facilities are very clean. There is no AC, but the heater and electric blankets work perfectly. All the staff were very polite and helpful.. we even had a lovely "little princess" take our keys when we checked out. The restaurant food was simply wonderful, the best we had during our entire trip."

"I’ve been about and stayed at some places in my life. I can honestly say from the moment of check in, walking to the desk and seeing a smiling face and such a kind vibe, it was an amazing experience. The unit was clean and very well presented, the spa was also very well presented and the view was just what the soul needed. The restaurant was next… Impeccable service, happy staff & honestly some of the best food I have ever tried! And don’t get me started on the cocktails 🤗 WELL DONE ROSEVEARS! definitely leveled up. "Not the most modern but still very comfortable place to stay. Has everything you need and continental breakfast was included. Food at the pub is excellent. Great views. Just a pity it was raining. Would recommend to my friends."

"good stay for the price. They work till late on many days - that was a plus so easy to check in. Lots of parking. Lots of places to eat at around the area and they give you a discount if you order food downstairs at their bar and give you a free drink voucher - was good. Overall the facilities were well maintained. I didnt hear any noises, no bad smell or anything like that. The only issue was that my window were looking at their A/Cs which would make some noise but was acceptable if the windows were closed. I only came here to sleep so my standards were a bit low "

"This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. The place was extremely unhygienic and clearly not cleaned properly. Basic necessities like toilet paper were not even provided, which is completely unacceptable. Even public toilets are far cleaner and better maintained than this. The bed was dusty, the room was dirty, and the overall environment felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I actually became unwell during my stay, which I believe was due to the poor hygiene and lack of cleanliness. This experience was very disappointing. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place, and I will definitely never stay here again."
