"Good value for the tariff. Food and drinks nearby so no driving - great. Clean and everything you need. Big bed to suit the more generously built man. Park undercover for $20 which is very reasonable and lift nearby."

"Nice property. 2 downsides. We didn't know it was pet friendly so pet hair in room was an issue as was barking dog. No breakfast available even though one of my search criteria was breakfast availability."

"Kitchen facilities can be used in big shared kitchen, including gas stove, air fryer, microwaves and etc. 40mins away from Selwyn snow field."

"For the price, and style of the style of the place, it was pleasant. The room was nice but the carpet could do with an update. Also, the dishes looked clean but were still greasy and the chopping boards still had like old cooking greae/oils on it. I had to wash them all to use it. Not sure if these are checked but it looks like the previous guests did the barest of minimal cleaning. Pros: * After hours access was easy * Beds were comfortable * Kitchen well equiped * Amenities were good Cons: * The TV channels were not setup and I couls even scan for the channel because of no secuirty code. * Access to bathroom/tolet a hassle as you had to go through the 2nd bedroom. Not good if you need it during the nigt when others are asleep in there. * Carpet needs replacing"

"I stayed in a single room which was comfortable and convenient to my needs. I treated myself to an upgrade in the Residence for two nights which was wonderful. Would very much like to stay there again. Only see staff when needed but they are always helpful and will go out of their way to provide what you ask for."
