In town for a wedding, the hotel staff allowed us to check in early to get get changed. Very accommodating, cleand and super comfortable. Would stay hear again.

Checked in fast and easy. Friendly staff Breakfast area had a wide variety of foods. When entering the hotel it was welcoming.

Check-in staff was very nice and efficient. The room was extremely spacious and clean. Right off the interstate 80 and easy to park. We would definitely stay there again! Could not have been happier with this property.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Absolutely beautiful historic building with a grand scale and fully updated modern rooms. The design and comfort is impeccable. Large room and bathroom, but not so large that it isn’t cozy. Perfect in my opinion. The onsite dining options are fantastic for world class breakfast lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. And the coffee is amazing. There were a couple of quirks in the room—the sound of trickling water whenever the ac turned...

The front desk personnel were very professional. The check in and check out process was fast. The rooms were nice and clean. We will definitely be booking more future stays.

We arrived around 12 noon , no worries getting into a room, the staff were so upbeat and helpful. Food service was delicious, prompt delivery and accommodated special request. Parking is ample, there is even an onsite guest self serve laundry. It is located conveniently close to the city and yet far enough away to enjoy some of the local fare, and site seeing.

Despite the fact that this was right beside the interstate, it was very quiet and very restful. One of the few hotels that has offered that to us. The breakfast area was not only immaculate, but the meals was great. If we go to Des Moines again, we will definitely stay there again. Convenient to everything we needed.

The room was alot bigger in person, more room than we needed. The photos online must of been old, the bathroom has been updated. The staff was very friendly and on top of everything we asked for. Best part their are CAT FRIENDLY!!!

It was conveniently located next to a grocery store with a coffee shop inside, a pharmacy, a gas station a couple of restaurants and literally right next to the airport. It was a bit noisy at times because of the air traffic, but otherwise, not a bad location. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. And just a few minutes drive from downtown. We'll be staying here again!

Quiet and friendly.

Stayed for a swim meet. Great location. Lauren the server at lobby bar/restaurant was awesome!! Rooms were crisply comfortable.
