The Esplanade is a lovely hotel with marvelous food and a great staff who go out of their way to make your stay as personally pleasing as possible. It is on the higher end, but well worth the treat. Close walk to the main arteries and tons of great restaurants. Do love the no smoking as many other bars serving food allow it…so be prepared during the colder months.
It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. We had hot cheese omelet made and there was scrambled eggs at the buffet with sausages and some veggies like different bell peppers and olives. The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet not to mention in the best location! Would highly recommend the Met Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Zagreb.
The best experiences I had there was the services. The lick of the room had a little issue and two people came to help me out with the situation. Both of them were very courteous and professional. The breakfast is superb and I don’t need to spend time first thing in the morning to look for food.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. One of the best things about this hotel was the free breakfast. The food was exceptional and there was a lot of variety, including champagne. I would highly recommend this hotel.
We loved the apartment, the service and the location. The apartment is close to everything, you can go to the best restaurant, museums or shopping with just few minutes walk. The beds were very comfortable, we had a very good size living room and no issues with TV or hot water. The only issue was with Internet which could get slow in the evening time. Thank again for making our time in Zagreb a blast.
This apartment is well equipped and in great area. We had a little trouble finding it, but once we did we were quite pleased with everything. You cannot beat the location!
It was a very clean and comfortable apartment. It does have a walk up of about three flights of stairs, so be aware of that. When I did have questions the host responded quickly and efficiently. The apartment is in a great location with plenty of food and shopping opportunities around it.
