This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. The first was 10 years ago under previous management. The property is in excellent condition as it was the first time I went there. The new owners are very nice people unfriendly and served a very good breakfast. I particularly like the spot because there’s a beautiful little church up on a mountain behind the accommodations that you can walk to and it is very peaceful up there and there are some hiking options as well. The first consideration was for a dog friendly hotel and the second was that it needed to be not far off the main roads - this hotel fit both of those criteria very well. The most important thing to know about this hotel, is it is NOT in Galar. It is in Salinas de Pamplona. The other thing to know, is that you need a car. There isn't any public transportation. We stayed here because the price was right and it was close enough to Pamplona for the Running of the Bulls. The hotel was comfortable and the town was quiet. There was one restaurant, but they were closed for vacation. I would recommend this hotel if you want a quiet mountain place to stay.
