Rather than a misunderstanding that the receptionists did not explain us well about the limit of the 6 persons using the SPA (We understood that one should reserve only by rooms for 45 minutes), everything else was excellent, the decoration, the cleanness of the room and especially the breakfast which worths to pay for it. This hotel was a great find that made our vacation a comfortable and memorable one. The room and the decoration of the hotel was warm and welcoming, and everything provided in the room was in great condition. In addition, the staff were really friendly and helpful on giving recommendations. Location-wise, the hotel was surrounded by shops and restaurants, and in close proximity to plaza mayor and the old town.
