I am not related to her, and I met her here, but as a member with many years I know how I lime to be treated. The other lady is also very friendly although we did not have the opportunity to interact with her. Great hotel staff."

"This was a lovely stay in Burgos. The hotel staff were welcoming, spoke fantastic English, and made our stay smooth and comfortable. We were there for the eclipse and it was fully booked and busy, but all of our needs were met with great hospitality. The hotel is also in a convenient location: walkable to and from the bus station if you’re traveling to/from Madrid or any other big city, and walkable to the beautiful Old Town of Burgos. "Overall nice hotel and good experience. The couch in the lobby was stained, as was the carpet in our room. And it was not just one stain, but stained all over. The AC worked well on 98 degree days. The lobby was comfortable. The lunch and breakfast were good, but both times we went to eat there was absolutely no one available to check us in. (And, no, we were not eating on an American or other schedule.) Very close to the center of town and all sights. Overall fine. Nothing special. But definitely needs a make over and some cleaner carpets and upholstery."
