Carmen and Karen in the front office help me tremendously I had a little accident and they send me to the hospital give all the instructions and guided me. Very thankful to them. Muchas gracias. Great location. a guy guy in the front desk fell me with accommodations to buy train tickets. "

"This hotel is a 5 star to me. Lobby is nice and big with plenty of comfortable furniture. Front desk st as of was friendly and professional. The room was good size and beds confortable, the bath room was very clean and all fixtures worked as it should. Best of all the room had an extra large tv (55+ lnches)"

"The rooms were clean. Lo ee the large soft bath towels. When we checked in we were not told breakfast would be late on Friday due.to a holiday. The gentlemen who checked us out in the morning was awesome he got us a couple crescents from.the breakfast area knowing we were not able get our breakfast we paid for. He also brought our bag out to our car"

"The parking is an absolute nightmare. It is extremely difficult and dangerous to drive and find a spot and the spots are at an angle and difficult to park. The breakfast- coffee is from a machine and the coffee comes out cold. The rooms are modern and the building is historic."
