Stunningly, gorgeous room and facility. Wonderful helpful staff. Beautiful grounds. Would not want to stay any other place but this hotel when in the area. The only problem staying here is that you won’t want to leave.

It’s a good modern facility. The location is a little off from main town center. It’s clean and spacious.

We stayed in this property 3 nights. Staffs were very friendly. They went above and beyond to help us. We felt like home when we stayed here. The view is excellent. Definitely we will stay here again on next time we visit Pamplona, Spain.

Lovely room and easy check in. Some people struggle with the auto check in but if you do the email instructions the day before it’s easy. Shower was amazing and loved the little extras in the room! Air con worked too (first time on the Camino!)

The most important thing to know about this hotel, is it is NOT in Galar. It is in Salinas de Pamplona. The other thing to know, is that you need a car. There isn't any public transportation. We stayed here because the price was right and it was close enough to Pamplona for the Running of the Bulls. The hotel was comfortable and the town was quiet. There was one restaurant, but they were closed for vacation. I would recommend this hotel if you want a quiet mountain place to stay.

The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful. The remodeled parador is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious as well as the bathroom. Our bathroom had a problem with the bidet and the maintenance person could not fix it. Too bad bcs that is one feature that is disappearing in European hotels and I was very pleased to see it in the parador. The food in the restaurant was very good and so was the service. I must say that the service in the cafeteria/bar was beyond excellent. The staff was so diligent and sweet. I love this...

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. The first was 10 years ago under previous management. The property is in excellent condition as it was the first time I went there. The new owners are very nice people unfriendly and served a very good breakfast. I particularly like the spot because there’s a beautiful little church up on a mountain behind the accommodations that you can walk to and it is very peaceful up there and there are some hiking options as well.
